We were all dissapointed when we heard the news that Applewood had closed out on 192nd avenue a couple months back. However good news is at hand in that Chef Peter Gallin continues to provide catering services, and this past week has agreed to a lease at the Columbia Business Center where he will renew operations as Say Ciao ! Catering and Events planning. Look for him to open sometime in Mid April- his actual address will be 2501 SE Columbia Way.
Columbia Business Center is a spectacular business park that sits along 6200 SF of river frontage and covers over 220 acres and his home to many of Clark Counties most successful companies.
