Recieved my copy of the Vancouver Business Journal today, and on the front page they had a nice article about Kat Saenguraiporn and her husband Noom who have purchased  a 4800 square foot building in downtown Vancouver from Ryan Hurley.

The building, on the same city block as their current location, where they have served great  food for over 15 years will serve as their new home after they complete their improvements.  Look for them in the Spring of 2013.

Working with local companies like Thai Orchid, and helping them find solutions for their commercial property needs has made 2012 a great year, and there are still five weeks left.
