Representing Marc Neidlinger and his cutting edge marketing company, Blue Blazes (www.blueblazes.com), we found the perfect fit for them at 219 West 4th Street. Working with the Landlord, Columbia Fourth Building LLC, we were able to negotiate a 3-year lease for their new 1,200 SF space.
