Here are two stories over the past week that reinforce the idea that now is a great time for companies to purchase their business properties.  The Vancouver Business Journal featured Mike Jenkins and Daryl Horrowitz and their purchase of a 3.6 million dollar three story building at Mill Plain and Columbia.  Jenkins,  head of Coldwell Banker Commercial and MAJ development knows well the wealth building power  of properly  selected commercial real estate ownership.    Another example, Scott Houttari of CCSI a long time computer networking and technogy provider had been considering the idea for several years.  Scott attended one of our Commercial Property Success Series workshops this  past spring, learning how a small company can use the SBA 504 program to help obtain affordable financing, with an achievable down payment.
