The Columbian  in their weekly real estate roundup announced the purchase a downtown Camas property by Journey Church from the Fisher family.  The property sits just east of the church on NE 4th.    The Journey community  has decided to take on a new project and expand their services in downtown Camas, where they have helped change the dynamics of the neigbohood since acquiring  their building in 2009.

Some of the additional 6,000 square feet will be used as lease space, and includes an existing State Farm insurance agency.  Plans for the  additional space, and how the Church may expand their footprint are still to come.

Pastor Frank Lednicky leads a thriving congregation that has a passionate vision of service.  Our congratulations to them

This is the second church in the past four months that we’ve been honored to play a part in helping Buyer and Landlord find common ground and provide new avenues of service in their community.    Last December we helped finalize an agreement for Coffee Church in Hazel Dell.
